Here is another PSA for Chicago Police Department Non-Emergency services - this one from two years later. The phone number apparently changed from 744-4000 to 744-5000. This tried to get people to stop calling 911 for non-emergencies.

Here's a special video in honor of Fuzzy's Four Thousandth - a montage of weather-related bumpers from Super Cartoon Sunrise on WFLD Channel 32, which were preserved on 16mm film.
