Here's a segment from Popeye with Steve Hart on WSNS Channel 44, in which he lip-synchs (and pantomimes) to The Playmates' 1958 novelty hit "Beep, Beep" (Roulette 4115), with a drawing of another driver in a small red car in the background.

This aired on local Chicago TV around June of 1975.
