Looks like Astros v. Cubs in that flash of baseball...but that bit isn't from the 4/10/81 as retrosheet.org tells me Houston wasn't playing that day.
Actually it could be a lot of teams, was thinking the Braves at first...that light blue roadie was endemic in baseball of that time, but the Astros rainbow jersey can be identified from the Moon, much like the Great Wall of China.

Cubs game is probably from 1980 sometime...that's Bruce Sutter on the mound for the Cubs, who was off to the Cardinals (Booooooooooooooooo!) by 1981 (finally got the video to pause on the right frame).
