Here's a commercial for Central Furniture located at 1348 North Milwaukee Avenue - using a rip-off of Superman (no doubt properly licensed from DC Comics). Hard to believe, but I checked and 28 years later they are still in business at the same location!

Not sure when this aired exactly on local Rochester TV but we did narrow it down to June of 1978.
