What was the morning lineup at that time?

Park Ridge was where Jami Gertz went to high school

I thought Jami Gertz went to Evanston? Maybe I'm wrong. Hillary Rodham went to school in Park Ridge, at Maine South.

Jami Gertz went to Maine East.

For Great America fans, the Yankee Clipper, Whizzer and Tidal Wave are on the intro.

My bad, after quick research, I was just coming back to correct that she didn't go to Evanston. I remember an interview with her after Twister came out that she was in school once and she heard that a tornado took the roof off the Salerno cookie factory, which would have been Howard and Caldwell, which is farther east than Park Ridge (Skokie), which is maybe why I thought Evanston. Did just find out the Indian guy from Office Space went to Evanston :) Can't think of any other famous Park Ridgers, just the ones I knew from living near there growing up.

Great America I only remember the Whizzer and kind of the tidal wave, but what is the Yankee Clipper? What ride replaced the Yankee Clipper?

The Yankee Clipper was sort of tied together with the Loggers Run ride. I think the Loggers Run ride had a slight dip before the main drop where as the Clipper was just a drop. The rides were basically interchangeable with each other. I don't believe anything really replaced it other than... possibly a small section of the surrounding area (no large attraction replaced it, if memory serves.)

I think Yankee Clipper is still operational. It was more of a thrill going down, a 60-foot drop as opposed two two quick 30-foot drops, though you got more wet, a lot more wet, on Logger's Run and as a result always seemed to be more popular. Tidal Wave was replaced by Batman the Ride.

The Yankee Clipper was called Ice Mountain Splash for a year or so around 2004 but has since reverted to its original name.

I like the Tattoo "the plain" joke.

The Even Elephants Forget board game by Parker Brothers is rare.

You got an autographed picture of the Bozo Show cast if Cuddly Duddly read your joke or riddle on TV?

Most kids wouldn't get the Tattoo joke nowadays...

When was Garfield Goose replaced with Cuddley Dudley? And was there a "last episode" for Gar, or was he simply there one day and replaced the next?

I don't think I ever saw Garfield Goose on Bozo.

SuperCFL - I believe it coincided with with move from "Bozo's Circus" to "The Bozo Show" when it also changed to mornings instead of at noon. This happened in Fall of 1981. Not sure if they had any kind of "send-off" for ol'Gar...

Dunkin Donuts ripped that kid off!!! I remeber in the early 90's there was a comercial where Tatoo went in there and said, "The plain the plain, no no the chocolate, the choclate".
