Here's a minor technical difficulties moment during the 4:30 Eyewitness News on WLS Channel 7 in which anchor Mary Ann Childers sounds a bit snippy with reporter Bill Nigut after his remote signal breaks up. Also features co-anchor Tim Weigel.

    Bill Nigut moved on to WSB-TV and was political reporter there 1983-2003. He's now the Southeast Regional Director of the Anti-Defamation League. I thought he sounded familiar...

    How about that mismatch between the next story and the over-the-shoulder graphic? Was the couple from the South Side kidnapped and taken to Colombia where they died in the fire caused by a lit cigarette? ;-)
