Wow, the performing pond in the old Seven Seas was really small.

The Brookfield Zoo Seven Seas Panorama show is for those who can't get to San Diego or Orlando to visit Sea World!

I remember seeing this show or one like it. We used to go every summer to Brookfield Zoo.

I have fond memories of Olga the walrus. She was fun to watch. I sure miss that walrus.

When did the walrus and sea lions leave the show (or die out)?

I never saw the Seven Seas Panorama from the inside.

Does anyone remember the guy from either Brookfield Zoo or Shedd Aquarium, who showed up from time to time on (I think) Ray Rayner's show? As I recall he had slicked dark hair but that's about all I recall of him.

OldTime: Sounds like you are referring to Doctor Lester E. Fisher.

Thanks, checked YT and that is him. Would love to watch some long '70s Ray Rayner clips but apparently they're scarce.

Old Time: There is a long form Dr. Fisher interview on a similar children's show at http://www.ihigh.com/wrhs/broadcast_160223.html?silverlight=1 if you fast forward to 0:30:11 in the one hour show.

Old Time: The clip moved to http://www.team1sports.com/index.php/videoPlayer/view?broadcast=56045 but it is still at 0:30:11 in the one hour show.

It used a red/white/blue motif. That wouldn't do today, too offensive. Now it would be pink, cream and aqua, with a vegan represented just so no one feels left out.
